Method For Preparing Aloo Gobhi

  • 1.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger and garlic into it and fry well. Add the finely chopped coriander stems and green chillies into it.

  • Add turmeric powder and fry again. Then add the tomato and fry till the tomatoes are pulpy.

  • 3.
  • Add potatoes and fry till it gets coated with masala.

  • 4.
  • Add cauliflower, cumin and coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, sugar, and salt. Add water , and stir well.

  • 5.
  • Bring it to boil. Cook for 20 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
