RECIPE OF AVIAL
|Raw banana (vazhakka)||1|
|Freshly grated coconut||1/2||cup|
|Ivy Gourd (kovakka)||6|
Method For Preparing Avial
Take the carrots, beans, drumsticks, green chillies, mango, ivy gourd together with water and cook until it becomes soft. Don't forgot to add some turmeric powder.
Now add the remaining vegetables into it and cook until the excess water gets evaporated.
Mix the coconut with jeera and curry leaves. Add it to the vegetables along with some salt. Mix well. Remove it from fire after 2 minutes.
Now add the curry leaves, coconut oil, curd into it and mix well. Serve hot.
