Method For Preparing Avial

  • 1.
  • Take the carrots, beans, drumsticks, green chillies, mango, ivy gourd together with water and cook until it becomes soft. Don't forgot to add some turmeric powder.

  • 2.
  • Now add the remaining vegetables into it and cook until the excess water gets evaporated.

  • 3.
  • Mix the coconut with jeera and curry leaves. Add it to the vegetables along with some salt. Mix well. Remove it from fire after 2 minutes.

  • 4.
  • Now add the curry leaves, coconut oil, curd into it and mix well. Serve hot.
