RECIPE OF BAKED VANILLA CREAM

Egg Yolks 4
Sliced seasonal fruit 400 gm
Cream 400 ml
Castor sugar 100 gm
Vanilla essence caramel 1 tsp
Peppermint oil Few Drops
Rum 1 Tbsp
Sugar 75 gm
Water 75 ml

Method For Preparing Baked Vanilla Cream

  • 1.
  • Mix the egg yolks with sugar. Boil the cream in a medium heat and then pour it into the egg mixture. Stir well.

  • 2.
  • Add the vanilla essence and then pour it into an ovenproof dish.

  • 3.
  • Now bake it at 170 degrees until set. Chill overnight.

  • 4.
  • Dissolve some sugar in water for making the caramel. Boil it for some time.

  • 5.
  • Add some mint flavoring into it. Now transfer it onto an oiled tray and allow it to set.

  • 6.
  • Sprinkle some custard before serving.

  • 7.
  • Take the sliced fruits in a bowl and sprinkle some sugar and rum over it.

  • 8.
  • Allow it to chill and then serve along with the cream.
