RECIPE OF KERALA BEEF CURRY
Method For Preparing Kerala Beef Curry
Make a smooth paste of chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cloves, cinnamon, fenugreek, small onion and garlic with water. Keep aside.
Mix the coconut bits with some turmeric powder and salt and then fry it.
Add the paste and coconut bits into the beef. Also add salt and 2 cups of water. Pressure cook for 8-10 whistles.
Separate the cooked beef from gravy and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds into it. Also add the onion and fry well.
Then add the cooked beef along with some curry leaves into it and cook for few minutes.
Now gradually add the gravy into it and boil till the oil starts appearing on top. Remove from fire and keep closed for sometime. Serve as hot.
