RECIPE OF BESAN LADDOO
Method For Preparing Besan Laddoo
Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the besan into it. Cook in a medium flame for about 10 minutes.
Remove from fire and allow it to cool for sometime.
Add the ground almonds, sugar, ground coconut and ground cardamom to the kadhai and mix well.
Shape the mixture into round balls in the form of small laddoos. Allow it to cool.
