RECIPE OF BESAN LADDOO

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Besan 200 g
Ghee 200 ml
Ground cardamom 1/2 tsp
Desiccated coconut 50 g
Ground almonds 3 tbsp
Caster sugar 100 g

Method For Preparing Besan Laddoo

  • 1.
  • Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the besan into it. Cook in a medium flame for about 10 minutes.

  • 2.
  • Remove from fire and allow it to cool for sometime.

  • 3.
  • Add the ground almonds, sugar, ground coconut and ground cardamom to the kadhai and mix well.

  • 4.
  • Shape the mixture into round balls in the form of small laddoos. Allow it to cool.
