RECIPE OF BUTTER DOSA

Method For Preparing Butter Dosa
Soak the rice and dhal separately in water for 8 hours. Then drain the water.
Now put the soaked rice in a grinder and grind well. Then add soaked dhal, puffed rice and maida into it and grind it to a fine paste.
Remove from grinder and add some salt into it and mix well. Keep overnight.
Add some cooking soda into the batter and mix well. Also add some water if necessary.
Now heat the tawa and grease it with little butter. Pour some batter into it and make it a thin dosa.
Now put a little butter on top of the dosa and also around the dosa. Cook it for some time.
Now flip the dosa and cook for few more minutes. Remove from fire and serve hot.
