RECIPE OF CARROT HALWA
|Nuts and Raisins||1/4||cup|
Method For Preparing Carrot Halwa
Wash, peel and grind the carrots.
Heat the ghee and fry nuts and raisins in it.
Heat milk in another pan and add carrot to it.
Cover and cook it on a medium flame. Stir well.
Add sugar to it when all the milk is absorbed by the carrot and stir well.
After few minutes when the oil gets separated from halwa, add cardamom powder, fried nuts and 1 tbsp ghee to it.
Mix well and remove from fire.
