Method For Preparing Chicken-65

  • 1.
  • In a bowl, add the chicken pieces, ginger- garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, food colour, corn flour, maida, lemon juice, egg, curd and salt.

  • 2.
  • Mix well and keep it for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken and drain it.

  • 3.
  • Take 2 tbsp oil from the pan. Fry the green chillies and curry leaves in it. Add the fried chicken into it.

  • 4.
  • Serve with onion rings and coriander leaves chopped.
