Method For Preparing Chicken Noodles

  • 1.
  • Cook noodles with 1 tsp salt, a little oil and drain.

  • 2.
  • Smear 1 tsp vegetable oil into it and keep open and cool.

  • 3.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a vessel and add sliced small onions, fry for half a minute.

  • 4.
  • Add the cut vegetables and saute it until the vegetables are 3/4 cooked.

  • 5.
  • Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, the noodles and stir well, tossing the noodles.

  • 6.
  • Add cooked shredded chicken, spring onion, salt and toss well. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
