Chicken Strips

Boneless Chicken 250 gm
Plain flour (maida) 2.5 tbsp
Bread crumbs 2/3 cup
Milk 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Pepper powder/Red chilli flakes 1.5 tsp
Ground almonds 1/2 cup
Oil As required
Salt To Taste

Method For Preparing Chicken Strips

  • 1.
  • Clean and cut the chicken into thin strips and marinate with salt and plain flour.

  • 2.
  • Mix the egg with milk and dip the chicken pieces in it.

  • 3.
  • Combine the bread crumbs, almond flour and pepper powder to form a mixture and roll the chicken pieces in it. Refrigerate for an hour.

  • 4.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in it. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
