RECIPE OF CHICKEN STRIPS
|Plain flour (maida)||2.5||tbsp|
|Pepper powder/Red chilli flakes||1.5||tsp|
Method For Preparing Chicken Strips
Clean and cut the chicken into thin strips and marinate with salt and plain flour.
Mix the egg with milk and dip the chicken pieces in it.
Combine the bread crumbs, almond flour and pepper powder to form a mixture and roll the chicken pieces in it. Refrigerate for an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in it. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
