RECIPE OF CHOCOLATE SLICES

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Butter 1/2 cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Coco powder 4 tbsp
Semi sweet biscuits 200 gm
Raisins 2 tbsp
Chopped nuts (almonds or peanuts) 2 tbsp

Method For Preparing Chocolate Slices

  • 1.
  • Put the butter, honey and coco into a pan; put it into a gentle heat, stir occasionally and remove as soon as the butter melts.

  • 2.
  • Stir well. Crush biscuits, chop nuts.

  • 3.
  • As soon as the butter mixture has cooked slightly add the nuts and biscuit crumbs. Stir together well.

  • 4.
  • Lightly grease a cake tin. Put the mixture into it. Press down lightly into the tin.

  • 5.
  • Leave it in the fridge to set; when set, dip the tin in hot water for few seconds and unmould from the tin; cut into thin slices or wedges.

  • 6.
  • To serve a scoop of ice cream goes very well with the slices.
