Green chilli 3
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin A pinch
Curry leaves Few

Method For Preparing Mutta Thoran

  • 1.
  • Beat the eggs and keep aside. Also mix the coconut and cumin and keep aside.

  • 2.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion and green chilli into it and fry it.

  • 3.
  • When onions become soft, add turmeric powder,salt and curry leaves. Mix well.

  • 4.
  • Now add the beaten eggs into it and scramble them. When it is half cooked, add the coconut and cumin mix into it.

  • 5.
  • Mix well and cook in low flame for few minutes. Also add some pepper to it and mix again. Serve hot as a sidedish.
