RECIPE OF MUTTA THORAN
Method For Preparing Mutta Thoran
Beat the eggs and keep aside. Also mix the coconut and cumin and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and green chilli into it and fry it.
When onions become soft, add turmeric powder,salt and curry leaves. Mix well.
Now add the beaten eggs into it and scramble them. When it is half cooked, add the coconut and cumin mix into it.
Mix well and cook in low flame for few minutes. Also add some pepper to it and mix again. Serve hot as a sidedish.
