RECIPE OF EGG DROP SOUP

Chicken stock 500 g
Egg (beaten) 3
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Onion (minced) 1
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
White wine vinegar 3 tbsp

Method For Preparing Egg Drop Soup

  • 1.
  • Heat the chicken stock in a pan. Mix the cornflour with some water and then add it to the stock.

  • 2.
  • Also add soy sauce, vinegar and onion into it and bring it to boil. Stir well.

  • 3.
  • Now add the beaten eggs into it and stir vigorously. Serve as hot.
