Method For Preparing French Fries
Cut the potatoes into strips. Put the potatoes in cold water for 1 hour in room temperature. Pat dry with paper towels.
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Fry the strips in hot oil for about 4 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
Drain it using paper towels and keep warm in oven.
