RECIPE OF FRIED PRAWNS
|Prawns cleaned and de-veined||1/2||kg|
Method For Preparing Fried Prawns
Cook the prawns with chilli powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, salt and little water for 5 minutes till all the water evaporates.
Keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add sliced onion, fry for a minute, stirring well till light brown.
Add the cooked prawns frying until golden brown, sprinkle pepper powder and squeeze lime juice, stir well and remove from fire.
Goes well as a side dish with rice.
