Method For Preparing Fish Fingers

  • 1.
  • Wash and pat dry the fish fingers.

  • 2.
  • marinate with chilli powder,lime juice,salt,ginger juice, onion paste for half an hour.

  • 3.
  • Remove the fish from the marinade and roll in the seasoned flour.Beat the egg.Add 3 tbsp maida, pepper powder ,chilli powder and a pinch of salt.

  • 4.
  • Now dip the fish fingers in the batter and then roll in the breadcrumbs.

  • 5.
  • Heat groundnut oil in a vessel and deep fry the fish fingers.

  • 6.
  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
