RECIPE OF GARLIC SOUP

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garlic Cloves 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Chicken Stock 4 cups
Maida Flour 1 Tbsp
Chopped Parsley 1/4
Butter 1 tbsp
Grated Cheese 1/4
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste

Method For Preparing Garlic Soup

  • 1.
  • Remove the outer skin and mix the garlic cloves with onion.

  • 2.
  • Take a frying pan and add some butter into it. Add onion and garlic paste into it and fry for 10 minutes.

  • 3.
  • Now add the maida flour into it and fry for few minutes.

  • 4.
  • Add chicken stock into it and allow it to boil. Also add salt, pepper and parsley into it.

  • 5.
  • Cook for another 30 minutes in low flame.

  • 6.
  • Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
