RECIPE OF GULAB JAMUN

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Carnation Milk Powder 1 cup
Butter(melted) 2 tsp
Bisquick - Pancake mix 1/2 cup
Whole milk As Required
Sugar 2 cup
Crushed cardamom 1 tsp
Oil For Frying
Water 1 cup

Method For Preparing Gulab Jamun

  • 1.
  • Mix 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water to form the sugar syrup. Add few cardamom and few strands of saffron into it.

  • 2.
  • Boil the syrup in medium flame until the sugar gets dissolved. Do not overheat.

  • 3.
  • Combine the milk powder, Bisquick and butter to make the dough. Add enough whole milk to make medium-hard dough.

  • 4.
  • Shape the dough into small balls. Fry it in medium heat till it become golden brown.

  • 5.
  • Now put the gulab jamun into the sugar syrup and keep overnight.
