RECIPE OF GULAB JAMUN
|Carnation Milk Powder||1||cup|
|Bisquick - Pancake mix||1/2||cup|
|Whole milk||As Required|
Method For Preparing Gulab Jamun
Mix 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water to form the sugar syrup. Add few cardamom and few strands of saffron into it.
Boil the syrup in medium flame until the sugar gets dissolved. Do not overheat.
Combine the milk powder, Bisquick and butter to make the dough. Add enough whole milk to make medium-hard dough.
Shape the dough into small balls. Fry it in medium heat till it become golden brown.
Now put the gulab jamun into the sugar syrup and keep overnight.
