RECIPE OF HONEY NUT ICE CREAM
|Gelatin melted with 3 tbsp of water||1||tsp|
|Cashew nut chopped||1/4||cup|
Method For Preparing Honey Nut Ice Cream
Boil the milk for 20 minutes.
Dissolve corn flour in a little cold milk and add to the boiling milk along with sugar.
Stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat and cool.
Add the melted gelatin and fresh cream. Combine the almonds and cashew nuts, honey and water in a small saucepan and heat it.
Then cool and add to the prepared milk. Cover the pan and chill for 20 minutes.
Transfer it to a metal box and store in the freezer.
