RECIPE OF HONEY NUT ICE CREAM

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Milk 1.5 litre
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 cup
Gelatin melted with 3 tbsp of water 1 tsp
Fresh cream 200 gm
Cashew nut chopped 1/4 cup
Almond chopped 1/4 cup
Honey 1/4 cup
Water 1/4 cup

Method For Preparing Honey Nut Ice Cream

  • 1.
  • Boil the milk for 20 minutes.

  • 2.
  • Dissolve corn flour in a little cold milk and add to the boiling milk along with sugar.

  • 3.
  • Stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat and cool.

  • 4.
  • Add the melted gelatin and fresh cream. Combine the almonds and cashew nuts, honey and water in a small saucepan and heat it.

  • 5.
  • Then cool and add to the prepared milk. Cover the pan and chill for 20 minutes.

  • 6.
  • Transfer it to a metal box and store in the freezer.
