Method For Preparing Idiyappam / nool puttu /sevai
Boil the water. Add the boiled water to the rice flour with required salt.
Knead it to form a smooth dough. Add little dough to the idiyappam presser.
Press some of the dough onto the idli plate. Add some grated coconut on top. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
