Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup

Method For Preparing Idiyappam / nool puttu /sevai

  • 1.
  • Boil the water. Add the boiled water to the rice flour with required salt.

  • 2.
  • Knead it to form a smooth dough. Add little dough to the idiyappam presser.

  • 3.
  • Press some of the dough onto the idli plate. Add some grated coconut on top. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

  • 4.
  • Serve hot.
