Method For Preparing Kotthu Barotta
Shread the barottas into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves into it.
Add onion and green chillies into it and fry till golden brown.
Now add the tomatoes and fry for a minute. Also add some garam masala, mint leaves,cilantro and few curry leaves into it.
Then add the barotta and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add eggs and keep mixing it till it gets cooked.
Garnish and serve hot.
