RECIPE OF KOTTHU BAROTTA

Method For Preparing Kotthu Barotta

  • 1.
  • Shread the barottas into small pieces.

  • 2.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves into it.

  • 3.
  • Add onion and green chillies into it and fry till golden brown.

  • 4.
  • Now add the tomatoes and fry for a minute. Also add some garam masala, mint leaves,cilantro and few curry leaves into it.

  • 5.
  • Then add the barotta and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

  • 6.
  • Add eggs and keep mixing it till it gets cooked.

  • 7.
  • Garnish and serve hot.
