RECIPE OF KULFI FALOODA
Method For Preparing Kulfi Falooda
Soak the sabja seeds for 30 minutes in water.
Once they swell, remove it from water and keep aside.
Prepare the falooda sev according to the instructions given in the packet.
Take 1 tbsp sabja seeds in a bowl and add the falooda sev into it.
Remove the kulfi and slice it into pieces. Place them on top of falooda.
Add few drops of rose syrup on its top. Garnish with some dry fruits and serve immediately.
