RECIPE OF KULFI FALOODA

Falooda sev 1/3 cup
Kulfi 4
Sabja Seeds 1/2 tbsp
Rose syrup 2 tbsp
Cashews Few

Method For Preparing Kulfi Falooda

  • 1.
  • Soak the sabja seeds for 30 minutes in water.

  • 2.
  • Once they swell, remove it from water and keep aside.

  • 3.
  • Prepare the falooda sev according to the instructions given in the packet.

  • 4.
  • Take 1 tbsp sabja seeds in a bowl and add the falooda sev into it.

  • 5.
  • Remove the kulfi and slice it into pieces. Place them on top of falooda.

  • 6.
  • Add few drops of rose syrup on its top. Garnish with some dry fruits and serve immediately.
