Mango Falooda

Mango pulp 800 g
Cold Milk 1/2 cup
Condense Milk 400 g
Birds Dream topping 450 g
Chopped mango chucks 1 can
Noodles 1 packet

Method For Preparing Mango Falooda

  • 1.
  • Make a whip cream using the Bird’s dream topping sachet as mentioned on the packet.

  • 2.
  • Take the mango pulp,condense milk and topping in a bowl and mix well.

  • 3.
  • Then pour some of the mixture into a bowl and then add the mango chucks into it. Then add the remaining mixture into it and freeze it for sometime.

  • 4.
  • Now mix the cold milk, 5g of both mango pulp and condense milk in a bowl.

  • 5.
  • Now add the noodles into it and refrigerate. When serving place a scoop of mango ice-cream between two layers of noodles.
