RECIPE OF MANGO PUDDING

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Ripe Mango 1
Mango Pulp 1 can
Whipping Cream 500 ml
Water 1 cup
Gelatin 3 Packets
Sugar 3/4 cup

Method For Preparing Mango Pudding

  • 1.
  • Take 1 cup of hot water and mix gelatin and sugar.

  • 2.
  • Allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Add Mango pulp into it and mix well. Also add whipping cream into it.

  • 3.
  • To get mango texture, add mango cubes into it.

  • 4.
  • Pour the mixture into bowls and allow it to cool.

  • 5.
  • Refrigerate it for atleast 3 hours before serving.
