RECIPE OF MANGO RICE

Basmati rice (cooked) 1 cup
Mango (Grated) 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad Dal 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) small amount
Channa Dal 1 tsp
Red chillies 2
Green chillies 2
Turmeric powder A pinch
Curry leaves, Coriander leaves Few
Salt To taste
Oil As Required

Method For Preparing Mango Rice

  • 1.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, channa dal and urad dal.

  • 2.
  • Add chopped ginger, chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves.

  • 3.
  • Add mango and salt and saute well.

  • 4.
  • Add rice and mix well.

  • 5.
  • Serve hot.
