RECIPE OF MASALA DOSA

Method For Preparing Masala Dosa
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Heat little oil, temper the chana dal and mustard seeds.
Add sliced onion, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute it until the onion is transparent.
Add 1/2 cup of water, salt and turmeric to it. Allow it to boil.
Add the potatoes and green peas to the mixture. Cook it for 2 minutes. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top. Keep aside.
Pour a spoonful of batter on a hot dosa griddle. Spread it. Add few drops of oil on top.
Cook both sides. Once the dosa is cooked completely, add the masala mixture in the center. Cover the dosa.
Serve it with sambar or chutney.
