RECIPE OF MAWA CAKE
|Maida/whole wheat flour||2||cup|
|Unsalted white butter||150||gram|
Method For Preparing Mawa Cake
Take a round pan and grease with butter. Put some flour on it and shake it well, so that the flour spreads well.
Preheat the oven to 180 celsius.
Line the pan with butter paper. Grease the paper with some butter.
Crumble the mawa and keep inside. Mix butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add the mawa into it and mix well.
Then add the flour mixed with baking soda and baking powder directly into the cake mixture.
Sprinkle some cardamom powder and pour some milk and cream. Fold it till all of these are mixes well in the cake batter.
Transfer the cake batter into the pan and place the pan in the preheat oven and bake for about 2 hours.
Bake it till a tooth pick inserted in the cake comes clean. Remove from oven and allow it to cool down for some time.
Slice it into desired shapes and serve.
