RECIPE OF NEIPATHIRI
|Rice flour ( roasted )||1||cup|
|Sesame seeds ( black )||1/2||tsp|
|Coconut ( grated )||1/2||cup|
Method For Preparing Neipathiri
Cut the onion into small pieces and grind along with cumin.
Boil some water in a pan and add onion paste, coconut, salt, rice flour, a tsp of oil into it when it starts to boil.
Stir well to a dough and keep aside. When it cools, add some sesame seeds and kneed well.
Now heat oil in a pan. Take some dough and flatten it to a circle. Fry till golden brown.
Remove from fire and serve hot.
