Method For Preparing Neychorr

  • 1.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions, carrot and bay leaf. Fry it for some time.

  • 2.
  • Then add the green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and fry again.

  • 3.
  • Now add the rice into it and stir well. Also add the coconut milk, water and salt and allow it to boil.

  • 4.
  • Cover it and cook it until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked through.

  • 5.
  • Remove from fire and garnish with nuts and raisins.
