RECIPE OF NEYCHORR
|Green chilly paste||To Taste|
|Onion (thinly sliced)||1||cup|
|Carrot (finely shredded )||1||cup|
|Fried cashew nuts and raisins||To Garnish|
Method For Preparing Neychorr
Heat oil in a pan and add onions, carrot and bay leaf. Fry it for some time.
Then add the green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and fry again.
Now add the rice into it and stir well. Also add the coconut milk, water and salt and allow it to boil.
Cover it and cook it until the water is absorbed and rice is cooked through.
Remove from fire and garnish with nuts and raisins.
