RECIPE OF PALADA PRADHAMAN

Fine rice flour 1 cup
Milk 1 Litre
Hot water As Required
Sugar 3/4 cup

Method For Preparing Palada Pradhaman

  • 1.
  • For making the ada, add hot water to the rice flour and mix it. Make it into a smooth dough.

  • 2.
  • Pour the dough on a plantain leaf or aluminium foil as thin as possible. Steam it for 10 minutes.

  • 3.
  • Boil the milk in a vessel. Add sugar into it and stir well till it thickens.

  • 4.
  • Remove the ada from leaf and cut into small pieces.

  • 5.
  • Add the ada into the milk and stir it for few minutes. Remove from fire.

  • 6.
  • Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins if necessary and serve hot.
