RECIPE OF PALADA PRADHAMAN
|Fine rice flour||1||cup|
|Hot water||As Required|
Method For Preparing Palada Pradhaman
For making the ada, add hot water to the rice flour and mix it. Make it into a smooth dough.
Pour the dough on a plantain leaf or aluminium foil as thin as possible. Steam it for 10 minutes.
Boil the milk in a vessel. Add sugar into it and stir well till it thickens.
Remove the ada from leaf and cut into small pieces.
Add the ada into the milk and stir it for few minutes. Remove from fire.
Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins if necessary and serve hot.
