RECIPE OF PALAK PURI

Wheat flour 2 cups
Oil 1 tsp
Palak 2 bunches
Green chillies 2
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt To taste
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil For frying

Method For Preparing Palak Puri

  • 1.
  • Saute chopped green chillies and finely cut spinach in 1 tsp oil till moisture dries up.

  • 2.
  • Grind to a smooth paste.

  • 3.
  • Mix this with the other ingredients. Blend well.

  • 4.
  • Sprinkle water and knead to a smooth dough

  • 5.
  • Make puris and deep fry till crisp.
