Method For Preparing Paneer Butter Masala

  • 1.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onion in it till it sweats. Allow it to cool and then puree it.

  • 2.
  • Melt butter in another pan and add few cumin seeds. Add the onion puree into it and fry again.

  • 3.
  • Now add the ginger garlic paste into it and fry again.

  • 4.
  • Next add the tomato puree,turmeric powder,chilly powder,corriander powder,kasoori methi and cashew paste into it and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

  • Now add some water, food colour and salt into it and allow the gravy to boil.

  • 6.
  • Lastly add the paneer cubes, garam masala and cream into it and allow it to cook for another 5 minutes.

  • 7.
  • Garnish and serve as a sidedish along with naan or roti.
