RECIPE OF PEPPER CHICKEN

Chicken (cut) 1 kg
Onion 2
Green chillies (chopped) 2
Garam masala As Required
Mustard seeds Few
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes (Diced) 2
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed peppercorns 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves, corinder leaves Few
Salt As Required

Method For Preparing Pepper Chicken

  • 1.
  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds into it. Add garam masala.

  • 2.
  • Add chopped onions and fry it until golden brown.

  • 3.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste,green chillies and curry leaves. Cook it for 5 minutes.

  • 4.
  • Add tomatoes and cook it until it becomes a gravy.

  • 5.
  • Cook again for 10 minutes after adding chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.

  • 6.
  • When oil comes out, add chicken along with a little water. Cover and cook it.

  • 7.
  • After cooking add the crushed pepper powder and check for seasoning. Garnish with coriander leaves.
