RECIPE OF PEPPER CHICKEN
|Green chillies (chopped)||2|
|Garam masala||As Required|
|Ginger Garlic paste||1||tbsp|
|Curry leaves, corinder leaves||Few|
Method For Preparing Pepper Chicken
Heat oil, add mustard seeds into it. Add garam masala.
Add chopped onions and fry it until golden brown.
Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste,green chillies and curry leaves. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook it until it becomes a gravy.
Cook again for 10 minutes after adding chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
When oil comes out, add chicken along with a little water. Cover and cook it.
After cooking add the crushed pepper powder and check for seasoning. Garnish with coriander leaves.
