RECIPE OF PUFF PASTRY
Method For Preparing Puff Pastry
Mix maida, water and 1 cup of butter in a vessel. Make it into a crumbly mixture by adding more water.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut the butter into square pieces. Also make the dough into rectangular pieces.
Place the butter in between the dough and seal the edges. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Roll the dough into a long strip again, fold one third from one end towards center and then the other.
Chill it and repeat twice more before using as required.
