RECIPE OF RAVA KESARI

Rava 1 cup
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Ghee 1 cup
Cashew nuts 15
Raisins 10
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Kesari powder 1 pinch

Method For Preparing Rava Kesari

  • 1.
  • Take 1 tbsp ghee in a thick bottomed pan and fry rava.

  • 2.
  • Add milk and sugar to it and stir.

  • 3.
  • When it starts thickening, add the balance of ghee, cashewnuts and raisins and stir well.

  • 4.
  • Add kesari powder and cardamom powder.

  • 5.
  • When it can be made into smooth balls, transfer it into a greased tray and spread evenly.

  • 6.
  • Cut into desired shapes and serve.
