RECIPE OF RUSSIAN SANDWICH

FOR THE FILLING

Chopped, boiled vegetables (carrot, peas& beans) 1 Cup
Boiled and chopped potatoes 1/4 Cup
Pineapple, chopped 1/4 Cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup
Cream 2 tBsp
Salt To taste
Freshly crushed pepper 1/4 tsp

Method For Preparing Russian Sandwich

  • 1.
  • Mix together the vegetables, pineapple, mayonnaise, cream, salt and pepper to make the filling.

  • 2.
  • Divide it into four equal portions.

  • 3.
  • Place lettuce leaves in 4 buttered slices and top with a portion of the filling.

  • 4.
  • Sandwich with the remaining 4 bread pieces.

  • 5.
  • Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles and serve.
