Method For Preparing Schezwan Noodles

  • 1.
  • Boil water in a vessel and add some salt to it. Add Noodles to it and cook for 7-8 minutes.

  • After some time strain the noodles in a colander and put some cold water on it to stop further cooking.

  • 3.
  • Spread some oil over the noodles and dry it completely.

  • 4.
  • Now take a non-stick pan and add some oil, onion and green chillies into it and fry it for some time.

  • 5.
  • Now add the chopped garlic and remaining vegetables into it and fry for 2-3 minutes.

  • 6.
  • Add some schezwan sauce, white pepper powder and salt to it and stir fry for 1 minute.

  • 7.
  • Now add the noodles, onion leaves, 1tbsp vinegar into it and mix it in a high flame. Dont forget to add oil at regular intervals.

  • 8.
  • Tossing the pan will help to mix all the items. After 3-4 minutes take it away from fire and serve with some schezwan sauce.
