
RECIPE OF SEMIYA PAYASAM

Cardamom | 4 | |

Method For Preparing Paal Payasam
- 1.
Fry the nuts and raisins in ghee.Keep aside. Also fry the vermicelli till it becomes golden brown. Keep aside.
- 2.
Boil the milk in a pan along with some water. Add some cardamom and sugar into it and stir well.
- 3.
Now add the vermicelli into it and stir well. Boil till the vermicelli is cooked. Remove from fire.
- 4.
Garnish with raisins and nuts. Serve as hot or Cold.
