RECIPE OF EGG CHAAT

Egg 4
Chat Masala 1 Tsp
Onion 2
Tomato Sauce 1/4 cup
Green chillies 3
Red Chilli powder 3/4 tsp
Jaggery 1 tsp
Tamarind paste 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Salt To Taste

Method For Preparing Egg Chaat

  • 1.
  • Boil the eggs and finely chop the eggs, onion and green chillies.

  • 2.
  • Add little water into a pan and boil jaggery and tamarind paste with it.

  • 3.
  • Keep stirring it until it becomes thick chutney.

  • 4.
  • Mix all the other ingredients into it and serve hot.
