RECIPE OF SPINACH ROLL

Spinach leaves 30
Potatoes (Boiled and mashed) 4
Ghee 1 tbsp
Onions 2
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Green chillies 5
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Oil To Fry
Salt To Taste

Method For Preparing Spinach Roll

  • 1.
  • Boil and smash the potatoes. Fry the onions in a pan.

  • 2.
  • Add few green chillies into it and fry again.

  • 3.
  • Now add the potatoes and salt into it.

  • 4.
  • Then allow the mixture to cool for some time. Now shape the mixture into rolls.

  • 5.
  • Now place a little filling in the center of the spinach leaf. Now wrap the spinach leaf with the potato filling.

  • 6.
  • Now prepare some batter using rice and gram flour, chilli powder, water and salt.

  • 7.
  • Now dip the rolls in batter and fry it again for few minutes. Serve hot
