
RECIPE OF SPINACH ROLL

Method For Preparing Spinach Roll
- 1.
Boil and smash the potatoes. Fry the onions in a pan.
- 2.
Add few green chillies into it and fry again.
- 3.
Now add the potatoes and salt into it.
- 4.
Then allow the mixture to cool for some time. Now shape the mixture into rolls.
- 5.
Now place a little filling in the center of the spinach leaf. Now wrap the spinach leaf with the potato filling.
- 6.
Now prepare some batter using rice and gram flour, chilli powder, water and salt.
- 7.
Now dip the rolls in batter and fry it again for few minutes. Serve hot
