RECIPE OF VEGETABLE CUTLET
|Coriander leaves||A sprig|
|Garam masala||1||tsp||Pepper powder||1/4||tsp|
|Roasted cumin seed powder||1/4||tsp|
Method For Preparing Vegetable Cutlet
Boil potatoes, peel and mash it. Grate carrots and shell the cooked peas.
Take these vegetables in a bowl and mix with green chillies chopped, coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin seed powder, pepper powder and salt to taste.
Form into cutlets of desired shape. Make maida paste in another bowl.
Dip each cutlet into the maida paste and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan to near smoking point, deep fry the cutlets to a golden brown colour.
Drain on kitchen napkin paper. Serve with mint or coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
