RECIPE OF VEGETABLE STOCK

Water 10 cups
Onion peeled and chopped 1
Carrot scraped and chopped 1/2 cups
Beans chopped 1/2 cups
Celery 1 stalk
peppercorns 6
Salt 1 tsp

Method For Preparing Vegetable Stock

  • 1.
  • Boil water and add chopped vegetable, celery, peppercorns and salt.

  • 2.
  • Boil for half an hours. Pour through sieve to remove the solids.

  • 3.
  • Do not rub.Cool the stock.
