RECIPE OF VEN PONGAL
|Yellow moong dal||1/2||cup|
|Curry leaves water||4||cups|
|Cashew nuts||To Taste|
Method For Preparing Ven Pongal
Pour some ghee in a pressure cooker and add rice and moong dal into it. Heat it for few minutes.
Now pour some water and salt into it and heat it until 3 whistles.
Take the remaining ghee, cashew nuts, black pepper, cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves and ginger in a pan and fry it for a minute.
Mix it with the rice and serve hot.
